My brother and his wife came to see our family for a few days from Florida, and we loved it!! They flew in on Thursday and left today (Monday) We had so much fun and enjoyed having them around. We are hoping in the future that they will be able to move back home so we can be close again. The time seems to fly by when you don't want it to! Thursday we went out to eat and Friday we went shopping. Saturday we had a Mother/Daughter banquet that tied up most of our day but afterwards, they came over and spent the night! We had a wonderful time. Wendy beat Mike in Monopoly!! No one beats Mike! He said he was unbeatable until he met his match!! Great night!
We went to church on Sunday and afterwards, mom made the most amazing fried chicken dinner ever!!!! There was sooooo much food that I didn't get a chance to try everything on the table!!! Wow, it was amazing!! Thanks mom! I know I have gained at least 5lbs. since Thursday!!! Seriously, we ate the whole time they were in. It was a wonderful weekend with my brother and sister-in-law! I'm so thankful for family!!! God sure has blessed us with so many blessings!! I feel like the richest person in the world!! I have family and most importantly, I have God!!
