Thia morning I turned on the computer to see that a young high school athlete died in a basketball game after collapsing on the gym floor. What tragedy. Then it got me thinking about a sermon my dad found that he had preached over 25 years ago. The title was "Life is Like a Vapor!" I have listened to that sermon twice now and have passed it out to family members because the message is so powerful! "It just seems like yesterday," my dad said as he preached that fiery message, and it's so true! We have NO guarantee of tomorrow!! What we do today matters!! Truly loving God with all your heart and letting that radiate in your life is all that matters! That young man had no idea when he went to play in that ballgame, it would be his last. I'm sure he thought he had a long life ahead of him with a future that looked promising but he didn't!
Let's make a difference today!! Let your light shine for God today! Don't put off praying for your children and family; do it today! Be ready!!
