FFH - "What it Feels Like" on JCTV

Good Morning to you on this beautiful, God-given morning! Wow, Fall is here and I'm loving it! This is one of my favorite seasons! Everything is crisp; the leaves, the air!! It's all so wonderful!

I was thinking of you this morning and praying that everyone is doing well. My heart, as you know, has been so heavy for the hurting. Again,this week, God laid another lady on my heart and so I am sending this to you this morning hoping that you will receive a blessing!

I want to share a video with you that is from a group called FFH. The lead singer, Jeromy, and his wife Jennifer, are tremendous singers and more importantly, they love the Lord with all their heart and it's evident in their music that they sing and write. Jeromy was diagnosed with MS in 2006.
Here is an insert of an interview that he gave. How amazing that the scripture he based his writing of this song on is in Job 1:20-22 "Job 1:20-22 (NKJV): Then Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head; and he fell to the ground and worshiped. And he said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; Blessed be the name of the LORD.” In all this Job did not sin nor charge God with wrong.


"We all, at some point are going to be at the bottom. That’s just part of our walk with the Lord. Suffering is not just for some people and it is not optional. But there is joy because suffering is where Jesus meets us in a special way. We are determined to live the kingdom lifestyle of putting our relationships first. Selling albums doesn’t fulfill you. It doesn’t comfort you when you are lying in bed at night after being diagnosed with MS in the midst of your wife being seven months pregnant. The fact that you’ve sold a million albums means nothing. It is weightless. What does mean something is that your family is with you, being Jesus to you."


WE WILL GO THROUGH THE WILDERNESS! WE WILL HAVE TIMES OF DROUGHT IN OUR LIFE! Don't stop fighting the fight. Keep believing in God. Keep looking to Him for ALL things! Whatever comes our way, TRUST!!! TRUST GOD! He KNOWS what He is doing! ALL things are working together for our good right now!!! Stay FAITHFUL to the One who loves you and has given you everything!! Praise His Name!



So this is what if feels like to walk the wilderness
and this is what if feels like to come undone
So this is what if feels like to loose my confidence
unsure of anything or anyone
So this is what if feels like to walk the desert sand
and this is what if feels like to hear my name
and to be scared to death cause I'm all alone
but feel love and peace just the same

And this may not be the road I would choose for me
but it still feels right somehow
And I have never felt you as close to me as I do right now

So this is what if feels like to be led
So this is what if feels like to have it fall apart
to be totally unglued
and find out if I accept my brokenness
I get more of me, I get all of you
If this is what if feels like to be on shaky ground
Careful of every step I take
Realizing as I stop to look around
I look around and see everything a different way

and this may not be the road I would choose for me
but it still feels right somehow
cause I have never felt you as close to me as I do right now
